Medieval Torture Museum in Chicago typically opens at 10AM and closes at 8PM from Monday through Thursday and until 9PM on Friday through Sunday. Subject to change without prior notice. Last check-in is 30 minutes before closing.
You may stay for as long as you like, but most visitors spend about 60 to 90 minutes.
Medieval Torture Museum Chicago admits visitors of all ages. It's not recommended for guests under 18 without a supervising adult. One minor must be accompanied by one adult. Guests 9 years old and below can tour the museum for free, but parental discretion is advised.
The museum does not have its own parking area, but there’s nearby parking located at 20 E Randolph St. for a fee.
A Medieval Torture Museum ticket includes admission, audio guides in English and Spanish consisting of 56 stories about the torture implements and devices on display throughout the museum, and a ghost-hunting experience in each display room (delivered via a ghost-hunting app).
